Cisco Cius Docking Station Doesnt Work after Upgrading Firmware

Hi everybody

I have a cisco cius before I want to upgrade that , i works fine  without any problem . when i upgrade that to firmware 9.2.3 , handset of docking station doesnt work. roght now active load id on cius is sipcius.9-2-3-143. i dont know why this happend . pleas help me to solve this issue.
