Cisco Cius services issue

Dear All ,

I have two Cisco Cius and I added the phones on the CUCM 8.6(2) , the phones makes and recives calls normally , my issue is in activating the corprate directory and extenstion mobility services on the Cius phones . so can any one help me in this request ?

A guess would be to try and erase the ITL file from the Cius and test out the phone services again.  You should also see before deleting the ITL, under the status messages "ITL update failed".
