Cisco CME, High CPU Utilization

Hello.

There is Cisco router 2851 with CME 7.1 on it with PVDM2-48 (the result of show version and show inventory is attached).

There is SIP trunk connected to this router. Also this router serves for 50 SIP phones Linksys SPA922/Cisco SPA504G. The transcoder is configured on the router for detecting dtmf signals from rtp flow (only for inbound calls; provider sends inbound dtmf signals in inband g711). Outbount calls are not processed by transcoder.

Some times (a few times a day) I see the following warning:

*Aug 13 14:56:53.479: %IVR-3-LOW_CPU_RESOURCE: IVR: System experiencing high cpu utilization (97/100).
Aug 13 17:59:22 192.168.90.2 4830:      Call (callID=26073) is rejected.

Also debugs and partial config are attached.

I don't understand what is a cause of my problem.

Thank you.

P. S. Sorry for my english

Thank you for answer.

But I have no enough hardware resources to store this IOS on my router:

FLASH: 64 MB

RAM: 256 MB

No, that is fine.

Thank you for answer.

Sorry, but can you give it to me (if you able to go to cisco support), I have no access to cisco software resources.

Sorry once more if my question was not correct.

Sorry, Cisco software is only legally obtained from them.

Thank you for the nice rating and good luck!

Thank you for the answer. This discussion is not colsed yet. I'll try this IOS and report about results.

P. S. I just notised the following additional warning:
