Cisco CP 7920 Wireless phone

One of our customers is testing a Cisco 7920 wireless phone on his network. Cisco Callmanagers and IP phones are currently installed at this site. The customer does not have a Cisco wireless AP network. (Some other vendor wireless AP's installed) The 7920 phone registers with Callmanager and he can receive calls as well as dial out with the phone. After about a minute or two the Callmanager seems to reset and all the other IP phones needs to register again. This only happens when he uses the 7920 phone. What can be the issue with this?

Do you mean the Call Manager is crashing ?

That is very bad. Other may help you better, but first of all, I would check that your customer has installed all the patches for the CM release he is running.
