Cisco cuc "tell the last and first name " then press #

Dear All,

when we press the message button we are hearing the below message and why is that ?

"tell the last and first name " then press #

we are using cuc 9 for voice mail and AA and even the AA is not working

please help

Either you have changed the Opening Greeting Call Handler such that it is moving you to a Directory Handler with ASR/Speech Connect enabled; or, you have changed the Direct Routing Rules to do the same thing.

Verify that the routing rules are correct, then go review your call handler.

you are correct, number days before I've created a direct routing rule and it was the reason that brought the issue. Now solved after deleting the Direct routing rule thanks a lot !.
