I have a customer that has CUCM 7.x. The customer needs run mobile client on the mobile phone(iphone) to recieve the calls via Data network (WiFi/3G)
I would say its like Cisco Mobile 8 with CUCM 8.5. But is this kind of funcionality supported on CUCM 7.X. We already implemented Mobility Advantage for the customer but as you know the call leg in Mobility Adavantage is established via PSTN.
If i am not wrong in Cisco Mobile 8 with CUCM 8.5 you can nativly register it on CUCM via WiFi and 3G(not recommended) . The the signaling as well as the call leg is established over the Data Network.
So is the upgrade to CUCM 8.5 only option or i can achieve same functionality somehow with CUCM 7.x.
