OK,
CISCO is causing me a headache, any experts out there willing to contribute would help tremendously!
I have a Direct Dial Number that when I phone it, it automatically hangs up.
Now obviously this is because incoming calls to that DDI are being refused/denied/blocked.
Problem is, I cannot find where to re-enable for this extension.
Any pointers or general shoves in the right direction greatfully received!
Thanks
Cisco Unified CM AdministrationSystem version: 8.6.2.22900-9

Hi.
It could be done in different ways.
For example with a translation pattern with "Block This Pattern" option or the DDI configured within a partition not reachable from CSS configured as incoming CSS on Gateway/Trunk .

Start by looking at the debug of the gateway for reason of the disconnect, for example if you have PRI use "debug isdn q931" if SIP "debug ccsip messages" if POT "debug voice ccapi inout".
