Hi everyone,
I'm currently running CUCM 8.6.2. I recently got the Cisco DX650 configure and registered on the CUCM, but i'm having some issues in terms of video calling. I have 2 video calling capable phones(9971,9951), video calling between these 2 phones works perfectly. Any video calls to and from the DX650 to either the 9971 or 9951 is failing. I just get normal calls. I have video calling ENABLED for all 3 phones.
Can anyone help?

Hi Fernando,
Do you get video when calling between two DX650's?
Is there any MTP involved in the call?
Can you get the detailed callmanager trace for a test call between DX650 and 9971 when there is no video?

are your dx650 in a different regions/locations from your other phones, if so test it out and set video to unlimited between the regions and see if it works, if not send the SDL traces of a failed call.
