Cisco ER Phone Tracking Engine service

Hopefully, this is the correct forum for the question below...

 

We are running CER 7.0.1 with one publisher and one subscriber.  The system just sent the following message:

CERServer lost communication with CERPhoneTrackingEngine

We cannot login to the publisher but can login to the subscriber which show the following warning message:

Warning : Publisher Database is down
 

According to some CER documentation, we need to:

The administrator should restart the Cisco ER Phone Tracking Engine service

How is this done?  Is this all is needed here?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can try to SSH into the

You can try to SSH into the Publisher server and try to restart the whole system. Command is "utils system restart".
