Hi All - I am having an issue with the sidecars that are attached to our 7962 phones. The lights are not flashing amber when calls are incoming. I supercopied the phone and the new phone does flash. I thought be default all inbound calls should ring with an amber light. Is there a setting on the phone or something in call manager that i am missing. I want the reception phones to be consistent and they are not at this time. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
