Cisco FXO outgoing call disconnect after 3 minutes

Dear All

 

I have CUCM v8.5 and H323 VG , i have a problem on outgoing call for external calls . After i dial external call and connected to it , the call resume to 3 minutes then the call disconnected from my side "VOIP site". The config as below:-

Hi,

In you trace I can see that you are being disconnected using "CAUSE 19 - No Answer"

In your config you have set up "battery-reversal answer"
And you have set call disc timeout for 3 mins.

I suspect that you do not receive a battery reversal fron the SP when the call is answered.
If the battery reversal is not being received the port is set to drop the call after 3 mins.

I suggest if possible to change the config on ONE voice-port to

!
voice-port x/x
no battery-revrsal answer
!

Then restest this port.

If this works then apply the config to all ports

In you trace I can see that you are being disconnected using "CAUSE 19 - No Answer"
