Hi,In you trace I can see

Hi,

In you trace I can see that you are being disconnected using "CAUSE 19 - No Answer"

In your config you have set up "battery-reversal answer"
And you have set call disc timeout for 3 mins.

I suspect that you do not receive a battery reversal fron the SP when the call is answered.
If the battery reversal is not being received the port is set to drop the call after 3 mins.

I suggest if possible to change the config on ONE voice-port to

!
voice-port x/x
no battery-revrsal answer
!

Then restest this port.

If this works then apply the config to all ports

Hope this helps
