cisco Getekeeper license activation on cisco 3945

I have a cisco 3945 , i want to be sure if i can use permanent gatekeeper license

I have the folowing license

You  might have to upgrade the IOS version. The gatekeeper license used to be  L-FL-GK-3945 but that has been removed. See the Product migration option below.
