Cisco IP 7941 Phone do not reply busy when a call already is in progress on the phone.
In our "Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 220.127.116.1100-2" installation, I have a CISCO IP Phone 7940 series with the number 1595.
In the "Multiple Call/Call Waiting Settings on Device SEP0014691B5534", I have configured the phone with:
Maximum Number of Calls: 2
Busy Trigger: 2
What I would like to archive is that I would like to see in the display if another user is calling me (even if I already have a call in progress), but if I already have a call in progress, I would like to have the second call to sound as busy when they call me.
Is this possible to configure, or have I misunderstood something what can and cannot be done?
