Hi Guys,

I have the follow doubt: When the external user (PSTN) call IP Communicator that not is registered, what is the behavior is wait:

1) The User will listen busy tone?

2) The User will listen the message that the number not exist?

3) The User will listen that the phone not is available in the moment?

4) anyway

If option 2 is correct, are there any configuration to do in the CUCM to blocked this information?

Thanks,

Wilson

The behavior is the same as with any hardphone, it doesn't change because this is IPC.

Hi Jaime,

Thanks a lot for Your contact. Ok, I understand that the behavior the same, but, I would like know what the correct behavior, because, I already had the any situations depending of Carrier: busy tone, call not is completed, the carrier to inform that the number not exist, etc...

Thanks,
