Cisco IP Communicator Ringing Issue

Hi All,

My client is using CIPC verison 7.0.4 and the CUCM 8.5. The user has two accounts ($account and a Normal user account), for eg., $abcd and abcd. When the user is loggin in with his $account, he is able to hear the ringing sound on his laptop speakers when any incoming call comes and not able to hear when he login to the same laptop without the $ account.

He is having Windows 7 64bit OS on his laptop. Verified the Audio tuning wizard. Compared both the configs and everything seems to be same. Tried to Uninstall and reinstall the CIPC software with no luck. Please advise.
