Cisco ip phone 7912

We have users complaining that they have to alter level of ringing in rocker button each time they login. They want it to stay as set whether logged in/out. How do I go about that. I have explained to users just use rocker button each day, but they not happy about that.

You actually have to select save from one of the settings menus after setting the volume.

Yes thanks found out looking at doc on Cisco, but the customers were jumping up and down so thought this my quicker option. Many thanks anyway.;
