Cisco IP Phone 7941 Series keeps rebooting

Hey Guys,

I don't know where to turn to fix this issue

I have a Cisco IP phone 7941 Series that i bought and want to connect it to my home PBX Voip server (Which is possible for this model)

The issue I am having is that the phone seems to be stuck in a reboot cycle

I have setup option 150 and a TFTP server that is accepting and sending files to the phone no issues

The phone does the following after reboot

1. All lights flicker

2. Speaker rmains on for a few seconds then stops

3. two top right lights light up one after the other (continues untill phone reboots)

4. Headset bution light remains on for about a minute

5. Mute then Speaker bution lights up

6. reboot

Network interaction

1. gets IP address

2. connects TFTP then downloads temp41.default.loads

3. nothing then reboot

Screen display

Cisco Systems standard logo and a tick on the right hand side

Any advice would be amazing! I honestly cant get this to work and it isn't accepting any new firmware

You need to try an older firmware, eg 8.5.2 or even some 7.0
