I have some QoS configuration questions on IP phone 7942 and 7962 on CallManager 4.3.
1. How do I change the QoS configuration manually on those IP phones? If it is done through CM, how do I apply the QoS configuration for one location only?
2. When I scroll through the QoS configuration setting on the phone, DSCP for call control and DSCP for configuration is CS3. That's fine. However, DSCP for services is set for "Default". What does default mean? What services is the phone talking about?
3. I don't see a setting to configure CoS. Do I configure that on the switch or is there a setting I can configure CoS 5 on the phone itself?
