Cisco IP Phone 7945g - External Speaker - No Audio

Hi,

I have a Cisco IP Phone 7945g.  Recently the external speaker quit working completely.  The phone produces no audio output for the speakerphone, ring tones, or new calls.  The speakerphone is enabled and the microphone is working.  In addition, when receiving calls the red light indicator does flash, however no audio is being heard.

I have completed the following:

     - Rebooted the Phone - I have rebooted/reset the phone

     - Factory Reset - I have fully reset the phone as per CISCO's documentation:

     - Audio Volume Level is at 100% - I have set the audio volume for both the speakerphone and the ringtone to 100%

Any suggestions/ideas?
