Hello All,
We deployed approximately 400 Cisco 7961 IP Phones last year.
We have noticed recently that the 10/100/1000 PC ports have been failing (approximately 20 phones). Even after clearing the phone and re-configuring them, they PC port is still not functioning.
Yes, the PC port is enabled on the phone.
Unfortunately I cannot find any discussions regarding this issue.
Any thoughts?
