Cisco IP Phone 7965G single button softkey like night service question

Dear All,

We are newbie in Cisco IP Telephony solution. We have two MCS7825 (CUCM 8.5.1), Cisco IP Phone 6821, 7945 and 7965.

Cisco IP Phone 6921 for staff, 7945 for management and 7965 for operator/receptionist.

On existing traditional  PABX, analog phone for Operator have one button that act like night services.

For example:

- If operator have go for lunch, he/she will press button on their phone. After press button all incoming call from PSTN that destined to operator phone will be automatically redirect to another extension. After operator has finish lunch, he/she will press again button and after press button all incoming call from PSTN will back to operator phone.

- After office hour before operator go home, he/she will press again this button and after that all incoming call from PSTN will be redirect to another extension

Our question:

What configuration that we must use on CUCM to make one button softkey on Cisco IP Phone 7965  do like night service mode on existing traditional PABX?

You can't, there's no way to configure a softkey to do a CFA + pre-configured destination.

You would need to have them press CFA and either dial the DN or have a speed dial so they just press it.

Only other option you might try is using HLOG and line groups, then configure the CFNA/CFB.

Thanks for information that you give to us. We have create speed dial, but we don't know how to use it with CFA at the same time.

Our question:

How to use CFA with Speed Dial at the same time?

You can't that's the whole point, you need to press CFA and then hit the speed dial button. This is not a one key process, it's a two key process minimum.
