cisco IP Phone button not working when call established

Hi,

Currently we are using cisco CUCM 7.1(5) and working fine. When we call another company's phone number, their IVR prompt 1 for sales, 2 for technical and 0 for operator help but IP phone set button not response when we press 0,1 or 2. please help how to resolve the problem.

You can only check that you're sending the DTMFs, if you are, and the other end doesn't work, the problem is on their end, and nothing you can do about it.
