cisco IP Phone button not working when call established
Currently we are using cisco CUCM 7.1(5) and working fine. when we call other company's phone number, the IVR playing and prompt press 0 or 1, 2 etc for assitance but when we press the IP phone button (0 0r 1.2 etc) it is not working. please help to resolve the problem.
