cisco IP Phone button not working when call established
Currently we are using cisco CUCM 7.1(5) and working fine. When we call another company's phone number, their IVR prompt 1 for sales, 2 for technical and 0 for operator help but IP phone set button not response when we press 0,1 or 2. please help how to resolve the problem.
