Cisco IP phones dhcp option 150 and 151

Hello,

When do you configure the dhcp server with option 150 or with option 151 for cisco ip phones.  What is the difference between those two numbers does a certain models of cisco IP phones use option 150 and other Ciscio IP phones use option 151?

DHCP Option 150 is used on IP Telephony.  Option 150 is meant to point the device to the TFTP server.
