I've received reports from one department that phones can occasionally freeze. By this, I mean they stop stops dead: They have a display, but nothing works and there's no network activity. The clock doesn't even update. We've seen this on various models of 79xx handset. We're currently on firmware 9.2.3 for these phones. The phones are connected to Ciscoo 3560G switches. Other phones on the same firmware in differening departments are fine.
