Cisco IP phones not receiving the caller number

I  am having an issue with all of the Cisco IP phones not presenting the caller phone number but just "unknown number".
The network infrastructure is as follows - we have two 2821 as MGCP Gateways for the CUCM, in which the phones are registered.

The 2821 routers are with 12.4(13r)T IOS version and the CUCMs are running with system version 9.1.2.10000-28.

We have some Ericson phones which are receiving calls ant there the caller phone is written down.

Can someone help with any kind of advice.

Look at the caller id presentation and make sure that it isn't restricted.

It is not restricted - 100%

Are you using PRI lines or FXO lines? Please post your Router Configuration.

Greetings,

here is the attached config of the voice part of the config on the router.

Are you having caller ID issue on FXO or PRI lines for incoming calls?

we are not receiving the caller phone number.
we are using fxo lines

Please try following configuration changes:

1. In CUCM, Under FXO Port Configuration select "Enable Caller ID" checkbox.

2. Try below configuration on Gateway:

 voice-port 0/1/0
 caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/1/1
 caller-id enable

Is this the right place to enable this?

Select Port 0/1/0 or 0/1/1 and search for "Enable Caller ID" option.

I am wondering if i have to tick the Caller number in the Forwarded Call Information Display or I should write down smth. in the Display(Caller ID) field.

Hi Toma,

Its my mistake i did not look earlier screenshot carefully. As you have mentioned before, you are using FXO lines for incoming calls but as per the first screenshot, you have selected VIC2-2FXS module in Subslot-1. If you are using FXO ports then you need to select FXO card in subslot-1.

Please clarify on which ports you have connected FXO lines.

You are right - we are using these which you can see in the pic - the subunit 0 and subunit 1.
So the first is VWIC2-2MFT-T1E1-E1 and the second subunit is VIC2-2FXS

Maybe I was wrong about the FXO

Hi Toma,
