Cisco IPIVR 8.5 - Telephony subsystem going into Partial Mode

Current environment:

CallManager 8.6

IPIVR: 8.5

UCCE 8.5

Cisco IVR system works fine with normal and medium call volume but whenever call volume increases, IVR Telephony Sub-System goes in to Partial mode and only resolution now is to restart CRS engine.

Any suggestion
