Cisco Jabber for Window's cant make voice call only chat...!
I too am having the same issue, however, my only happens after I shut the jabber client down and then re-launch. When I first add a contact everything is fine, but after an exit and re-launch I do not have the option to call when I select a contact. I have verified that my CTI gateway and profile are setup. Any ideas?
