Hi all,
we have cucm 8.6.2 and cups 8.6 . we configured cups server everything in like cisco document and insalled jabber in windows pc.
some of the jabber installed pc shows jabber connected as DESKPHONE , it is working fine and we can chat, initiate chat, add contact etc .
But some windows pc connected as SOFTPHONE, it can see the presesnce but can't initiate chat, add contact etc.
Name of the phone (unified client services franmework) is CSF<userid>
I checked cti gateway profile,ccmip, assocation enduser , allowed cti enabled, cti enabled user gp, primary phone, owner
help me to torubleshoot this!!!!!!!

Have you tried to use a non-working user on a working PC?
