Cisco Jabber no incoming audio MRA

Hi Team,

 

I have a problem that there is no audio for incoming calls when Cisco Jabber on MRA through internet

Cisco Jabber Windows is working fine incoming and outgoing

outgoing calls for android and IPhone is working fine

 

only the problem in incoming calls to android and iphone

Its 100% related to routing and firewall issue.,let me know what firewall you are using?
 

it's working with jabber windows

 

this problem for android and iphone, see below the different between windows call and android

 

 

i noticed in call logs of expressway E

android and IPhone the call type is Video

but with windows which is working the call type is Audio

Hi,

i keep searching for a solution for this issue then i found this discussion

i am hitting a bug , i will upgrade the cucm then i will update the discussion

I could resolve the issue by the upgrades Thanks sivakalam for your attempt
