we are currently looking to have CUCM 9.X integrated into LYNC 2013. LYNC will handle UM, VIDEO, IM and presence and CUCM 9.1, Call processing.
Is anyone familar with any Management Application that merges the two together to allow for a Single Interface? Basically this is geared towards having a service desk administer both systems without actually administering each system natively.
A good point to note is that the user count is only in the 2000 range.... Ive looked at VOSS but below the 5000 + range it still seems to not be the correct pricing point.
TiM and Aspira also isnt really in this ball park.
Another option is building an intranet to link both but it doesnt really meet the one interface type of requirement.
