Cisco Mobile for IPhone

I have a user that has Cisco Mobile downloaded on his iPhone.

It asks for the following:

Username

Password

Server

Port

Where do i get this information?

Is the Username and Password from the end-user account in call manager?

I guess the server would be the call manager ip address?

What is the port?

If anyone has experience with what I need to use please let me know.

If you're talking CUMC (Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator),

Username/Password is the LDAP credential.

Server is the CUMA server.

Port by default is 5443.

I tried what you said and you could not login to the server. Error said make sure the port is correct.

Do you have a CUMA server?  From the first post, you didn't seem to have one
