Cisco OS upgrade problem

Good day,

1.

Have Call Manager 4.1.3 sr4d based on Windows Server 2000 SP4,

Cisco IOS version is 2000.2.7.

Want to upgrade win OS to 2000.4.4a.

2.

2.1. I've downloaded "win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-4-4a.exe".

2.2. Before its execution, I've disabled antivirus & CSA and all third party applications.

2.3. While executing, it extract files into 'C:\mcsosupg' for a few minutes.

2.4. While performing, it suddenly said "Error Executing Mcsosupg.exe" dialog box and aborted.

2.5. When I'm going into 'C:\Mcsosupg\' directory, I could find Mcsosupg.exe there, but it has zero lenght.

3.

My notes:

3.1. win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-4-4a-Readme.mht doesn't describe my problem.

As i see, Phase 1 hasn't even begun and accomplished

3.2. I can't find log file 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Cisco\Logs\mscosupg.log'

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Please upload a screenshot of the error that you are getting. Also on the readme notes, is your server listed as supported for the new OS?

Jorge,

I've got the following hardware:

HP ProLiant DL380 G3, 1CPU 3.2 Ghz, 1Gb RAM, 34Gb HDD SCSI

I've also attached 2 (two) screenshots

(picture.02 appears just after picture.01 error).

Thank you.
