I am having a problem with the outbound dialer within UCCX, this is just the basic dialer and NOT the IVR setup.. Im not sure if im being stupid here so please bear with me if i am.
I have gone into UCCX and setup the outbound dialer settings, i have imported my contacts and setup my CSQ, agent and teams for this. Everything looks right to me. I am using UCCX 8.5 with CM 8.5. I have 2 x MGCP gateways with this setup.
The problem im having is i log into CAD with my user, i set myself to Ready and after the 10 seconds i set as my dialling preview it sets my agent state to "offering", i check in the CSD and i can see the agent state is set to "reserved" ready. The call never dials out though. It offers for 10 seconds and then goes to "not ready".
I have debug the gateways and i can't even see the call being made.
Im not sure if im missing some vital piece of configuration or if the above information will give someone an idea of where i am going wrong.
