Cisco phone have unregistered state in CUCM next day

Hello,

some SCCP and SIP phones connected via satellite link have unregistered state in CUCM next day of installation. But first day phone registers and works.

How to solve this problem?

Start with the basics..

Are the phones that are not registering still pulling an IP address?

Phones configured with static IP.
When CUCM shows unregistered status of phone I see IP address of the phone.
If I open this address via web browser I can't open web page.
Also ping to phone address fails.
After approx. 3-5 days CUCM shows Unknown in IP address field.

Hi,

On the phone, can you go to settings > status > status messages and see what happened for the phone to unregister.

Also, from phone settings check if the phone is getting IP address.

Finally, from cucm rtmt, search for the phone and look for last statusreason

voice/video > device > device search > open device search > phone > #search for unregistered# > look at status reason column

CUCM rtmt shows StatusReason: DirectoryNumberMismatch.
