Users are complaining that Cisco Phones are hanging, when calling internally and externally, means it stuck for two seconds before calling or doing any action.But when i checked the call manager all the services are Active and running.
What is the root cause of the issue. In future if same problem occurs how to avoid it.

We have Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 6.1.2.1000-13 and Cisco Ip Phones 7920, 7921 and 7945.
