Cisco Presence 10 XCP directory service is not starting

Dear Team,

 

I have installed CUPS 10.0 in cluster mode but I am facing one issue that my XCP directory service is not starting.

Hi I just found following in documentation that we don't need to start this service if we don't have third party XMPP client, Kindly advise, we have only jabber for desktop and mobile in our environment so I think we don't need to start this service.

 

Do not turn on the Cisco UP XCP Directory Service until you configure the LDAP server, and LDAP search settings for third-party XMPP clients. If you turn on the Cisco UP XCP Directory Service, but you do not configure the LDAP server, and LDAP search settings for third-party XMPP clients, the service will start, and then stop again

How do I decativate the XCP Directory Service so that it stops alerting in RTMT?  The XCP Directory Service is currently not running.
