My name is Manivannan, manager-products, from Cogent Connect (P) Ltd, Chennai, India. We are Cisco Registered Developer.
Who we are?
Cogent was started in the year 1995 to develop innovative software products and services that will deliver as promised while also catering to needs that have not been met. Our mission was to identify these needs and address them.
What we Do?
We are into Voice Recording business giving solution for call centers in India & abroad. Currently we support Analog recoding, Digital recording and IP Recording. We also have screen recording, CRM etc.,
IP Recording
We have IP recording which sniff IP Packets using SPAN Port and convert to sound file (Passive approach). We currently support SIP.
What we want from CISCO?
Since CISCO is no 1 in IPPBX segment, we want our product to support CISCO. Cisco uses SCCP which is their properietary protocol. In order to support Cisco we need SCCP Specification to parse the header informartion and report the caller/Callee party number. For that reason we join CDN program as Registered developer. So kindly help us to obtain Cisco SCCP Specification. If you can help us to Whom we should contact for the same, we will be very happy.
