So we're looking to make either our Cisco Service Manager or Cisco Operations Manager redundant and turning it into a CUCM Subscriber to provide further redundancy.
We have SolarWinds NPM, with IP SLA configured from the primary voice gateways to each layer 3 device and have no real issues with call quality (1Gig fiberlinks are standard).
My questions is, should I rebuild the Service Manager or Operations Manager into a CUCM Subscriber. Both servers are being underutilized at the moment and don't really get any use. Which server could I live without the most?
