Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service

Hii,

There is any option to extract the calls details ( when/who/Time etc) from Call Manager 8.6, I need this information to see each department how much they talk and to have a Call History.

If you do not want to look through the CAR at CDR the you can export the CMR data.
