Hi Guys I need your help for a heavy problem I have with my Cisco SPA502G Voip Phone.
After a Firmware Upgrade my device is in auto boot loop and I don't have any chance to login to the device or enter in the configuration menù. I absolutely need a hard reset procedure to restore a working firmware. I tried to find something on the manual or on the Cisco Website but I didn't found anything usefull for my problem.
Basically my device is in auto reboot situation. During the Boot I see the Cisco Logo, The Inizializing Network, The Serarching DNS and then the device reboot again with the same loop.
