Hello all,

We are in testing phase & integrated virtual Telepresence 4.0, virtual Conductor XC2.3 with CUCM 8.6.2 for Adhoc & Meetme conference.

We have end point SX 20 registered into CUCM. When we dial meet number from SX 20 its keep dialing & not connecting or answered by telepresnce.

I just noticed that there are no screen licenses are installed into TP Server.

Is it mandatory to have screen license to make conference calls ?

Can i apply for demo licenses file ?

Regards,

Conie

Hi Conie,

I was refering the ordering guide which says

Cisco TelePresence Server Licensing

Cisco TelePresence Server is licensed by the number of screens, which depends on the number of simultaneous parties in conference, and presentation content resolution. Each screen license enables one 1080p participant to  connect with up to 720p15 content sharing.

For example, two Cisco TelePresence Server screen licenses can support a conference of the following combination of endpoints:
● Two 1080p30 resolution endpoints
● Four 720p30 resolution endpoints
● Eight 480p30 resolution endpoints
● Sixteen 360p30 resolution endpoints

There are variations in the supported number of parties in a conference based on presentation content resolution, audio type, and different types of endpoints.

As suggested by Jaime, u can reach SE/AM for more details.
