Hi,
Customer wants to use TSP for click-to-dial from MS Outlook. However they synchronize their outlook contacts with their mobile phones, therefore they don't want to change the format of the numbers i.e. they want to keep +44 207 XXXXXXX or +1 418 XXX XXXX whereas CCM doesn't like that and wants no brackets, no plus (+) sign. Do you guys have any workaround for this? Maybe some configuration under Win XP Phone and modem Options?
