Cisco UC 8.6(1) NFR kit

A while ago my company bought the Cisco UC 8.6(1) Partner bundle Offer kit. This kit includes Cisco Unified Personal Communicator, Cisco Jabber for Mac, Cisco Unified IP Communicator, Cisco OC Integration for Lync and Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator Clients, all of them are not physically included on the kit but downloadable from http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/navigator.html.

When we enter to that link to download the software (with partner access level) the system tell us that we need a suport contract in order to have access to the files. The kit was bought through Cisco Marketplace and is a DEMO license so we are unable to buy a support contract for it. How can we have access to the elements not physically included on the kit?

We have the same problem trying to download language packs and device packs.

I'd recommend you to reach PRT for that matter
