Cisco UC Virtualization Hypervisor - Supported vCPU ?

I have some Queries Regarding Cisco UC Virtualization Hypervisor.

Q1. Does the default shipped Cisco UC Virtualization Hypervisor with Cisco Business Edition 7000 Server includes vCPU license for the whole 2-Socket ( 12vCPUs )  ?

Q2. Also from below comparison from docwiki , Max vCPU per VM is 8

Can i have Multiple VMs which all together consumes 12 vCPUs ?

Cisco UC Virtualization Hypervisor :

  1. Physical server Hardware restricted to server configurations purchased with and used by Cisco Business Edition 6000 or Cisco Business Edition 7000.
  2. Max vCPU per VM is 8 (impacts ability to host Collaboration applications with larger footprints such as Cisco TelePresence Server Virtual Machine (vTS))
  3. New shipments of 5.x no longer limit max vRAM for the ESXi host.

Cisco UC Virtualization Foundation :

  1. Physical server Hardware restricted to 2-socket Cisco UCS models. Licenses cannot be split for 1-socket servers or combined for 4-socket servers.
  2. Max vCPU per VM is 8 (impacts ability to host Collaboration applications with larger footprints such as Cisco TelePresence Server Virtual Machine (vTS)).
  3. New shipments of 5.x no longer limit max vRAM for the ESXi host.

Sockets mean the number of CPUs, not the CPU cores. Hypervisor will support the 2 cores that BE7K uses.
