I have a customer who is having some problems and we want to upgrade them to the latest version of the UC520 software pack. We are most concerned about the CUE upgrade. Their CUE is currently running 3.2.1. Are there any issues with upgrading from the CUE 3.2.1 software to the 8.0.2 CUE software in the 8.0.4 software pack? We will use CCA 2.2.5 to apply the software bundle. When the upgrade is done using CCA, will the voicemail messages all be saved or will we run into problems due to the age of the current CUE software? Thanks.
