cisco UCCX Agent IPPA CDATA POP UP

guys

 

i am running this setup and need some help:

cucm 9

uccx 9

CAD and CSD on desktop...

now apply agent login on ip phones...but when calls come CADAT not coming up on screen...

how can i get this CDATA pop up when incoming calls have on ip phone?>

You need to configure the

You need to configure the BIPPA User Login under Desktop Administrator > CAD Configuration Setup. This can either be a dedicated CUCM Application User or the same user that you defined under System > Cisco Unified CM Configuration for the RmCm Subsystem. Either way, it needs to have the agent phones associated to it so it can push an XML SDK command to the phone for the micro browser to regain focus after the call connects and display the Enterprise Data page.

Sharma, I am using UCCX 10.0

Sharma, I am using UCCX 10.0(1) and CUCM 10.0.

I am facing the same problem.

We can see Enterprise data of our layout when the agent press the CDATA, we have configured the application user rm that it is the same as the one for UCCX integration

But the Enterprise data is not poping out in the screen of the phone

Did you find a solution?

i have apply rm user of cucm

i have apply rm user of cucm that is controlling ip phones...but still CDATA pop up is not coming..

 

 

 

 

what could be case and how can fix it?

any help!
