Cisco Unified Call Connector

Has anyone attempted to get this to work in a terminal server enviroment. I am having problems getting the tapi to cooperate connecting back to CCME in the terminal session. I can get it to work if logged in locally

I am also working configuring the Cisco Unified Call Connector, but the most of my ephones are configured with Extension Mobility and I can't connect to this ephones, from the others without EM configured I have no problem.

Which are the requirements for CCME to run all functions of Cisco Unified Call Connector??
